A 12 oz. assortment of beautiful glass, lampwork beads, half red, and half green. Ideal for jewelry making and/or Christmas projects. 

We recently acquired a huge stash of beads from a local artisan, even though neither of us has any experience in the jewelry-making arts. In short, we're novices. ABOUT LAMPWORK BEADS (Courtesy of lakeerieartists website)
Lampwork beads are handmade beads that are crafted out of molten glass using a centuries old technique known as lampworking. The term “lampwork” is derived from the fact that oil lamps were once used as the heat source to heat the glass used in this process. These handcrafted beads may be either plain or decorative, depending upon how the artist chooses to create them. Many times multiple layers of glass are used, as well as multiple colors to create a desired result.

• Half green/half red (approximately 6 oz. each)
• Wide variety of styles, shades, shapes & sizes - too many to photograph
• Most of the beads range in size from 1/4" to 1/2"
